BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 3 campsites — Offering a great view of the Coast Mountains, there are three camp sites in a clearing at the northeast end of Pyper Lake. The site is a few minutes off Highway 20, and is a popular swimming hole with a cartop boat launch. INDIGENOUS TERRITORY: Pyper Lake is situated within the traditional and unceded territory of the Tsilhqot'in (pronounced "sil-ko-teen") Nation. The Tsilhqot'in name for this area is "Dandzen Ch'ighats'enelhtash". Source: Tsilhqot'in National Government. — From Williams Lake travel west along Hwy 20 through Alexis Creek and past Puntzi Lake. The road to Pyper Lake is approximately 15km past the turn off to Puntzi Lake. Turn left off Hwy 20 onto Pyper Lake Road and follow for about 2.5 km and turn right. Continue
