BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 5 campsites — This scenic rec site is located on the slopes above Tatla Lake set in an open grassland and aspen forest. The site is a popular destination for enjoying a picnic or going fishing, although the approach to the boat launch is somewhat steep and not suitable for large units. INDIGENOUS TERRITORY: Tatla Lake is situated within the traditional and unceded territory of the Tsilhqot'in (pronounced "sil-ko-teen") Nation. The Tsilhqot'in name for this place is "Tatl'ah". Source: https://tsilhqotin.ca — From Williams Lake travel west along Hwy 20 for approximately 210 km. The recreation site is located about 10 km east of the Tatla Lake community, and is accessed via a short road off the north side of Hwy 20.
