BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 5 campsites — This is a rustic, open, grassy site along the side of West Yahk River. — From Yahk, head East on Highway #3, cross a bridge, and take the first road on the right (Yahk-Meadow Creek Road). This road starts off paved and then turns to gravel. Continue on the most traveled road (Hawkins main)for 25.5 km to the Hart Creek Recreation Site on the right hand side. The road is relatively level but may be rough in spots. A high clearance 2WD vehicle is recommended but is fine for hauling trailers to site. This is an active hauling road, so turn on your lights and drive carefully.
