BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 4 campsites — This is a medium-sized, semi-open rustic site located at the junction of Hawkins and America Creek. This site is popular with locals and is often busy. This site is known for its good trout fishing. — From Yahk, head East on Highway #3, cross a bridge, and take the Yahk-Meadow Creek Road to the right. Continue on this road for approx 8.5km until you come to the Meadow Creek bridge crossing. The recreation site is on the right. The road is suitable for 2wd vehicles. This is an active hauling road, so turn on your lights and drive carefully.
