Campground Camping — Medicine Bow-Routt NFs and Thunder Basin NG — * NOTE: This campground will stay open until the snow makes it unreachable. High clearance vehicles required to access this campground. Granite campground and picnic site sits on the shore of Fish Creek Reservoir located in the Steamboat Springs Area and is managed by the Hahns Peak/Bears Ears Ranger District.. There are 8 campsites available consisting of 4 walk-in tent sites and 4 drive up sites. A vault toilet and trash services are available. Fishing & nonmotorized boating is allowed on the reservoir.
