BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 4 campsites — An open, grassy campsite. Downstream of the road bridge there is a short walk to a double waterfall and canyon. Use caution at canyon edge. The campsite is popular as a base for hunters. — The site is accessed either from Canal Flats or Radium. From the 4-way stop in Radium, drive 19.9km northwest on Hwy 93. Turn southwest on Settler's road. Turn left on the Cross River FSR, then right on the Kootenay-Palliser Road at the 12km mark. Once you reach the 32km mark turn right onto the Kootenay River FSR. Drive southeast along the Kootenay FS Road 7.8km, take the right turn and travel 700m to the rec site. Watch for the 45km mark (Kootenay FS road).
