BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 4 campsites — A small rustic site with 4 camping spots and a dock on West Lake. There are fishing opportunities in West Lake and small nearby lakes, as well as rock-climbing and bouldering opportunities nearby. Developed in partnership with the Terrace Community Forest. — Turn west off Highway 37 at the Onion Lake Ski Trails, 29 km. north of Kitimat. Follow the Wedeene Mainline for approximately 4.5 km. Turn right onto the Lakelse Main Forest Service Road and follow for another 3.5 km. Turn left and .5 km. along turn left again. Follow the road for 1.5 km. to the site.
