BC Recreation Site — User Maintained — The Valhalla Hills Nordic Ski Club promotes cross-country skiing in the North can Valley. They groom and maintain approximately 14km of XC ski trails in Hills, BC. The Valhalla Hills Ski Trail, consists of 8km of beg to advanced trails groomed for classic and skate from early December to late March. Trail passes are $10, by donation or seasonal membership to help defray the cost of grooming and car park ploughing. — Located along Highway 6 midway between Nelson/Castlegar and Revelstoke and midway between New Denver and Nakusp, 24 km from either. Watch for blue Nordic Ski highways signs a hundred meters away from the turn off. The parking lot/trail head is on north side of the highway.
