BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 2 campsites — This small site is located directly adjacent to the Pelican FSR and offers space for 2 camping parties as well as access to the lake via a steep trail. The basic amenities of tables, fire rings and a pit toilet are provided. The lake is best accessed via a float tube or very small boat, as the access down to the lake is quite steep. Adventurous anglers may be rewarded for their efforts, as the lake is well known as a high-quality rainbow trout fishery, especially for fly fishers. The lake is annually stocked with Pennask strain rainbow trout. — *The Pelican FSR is currently closed at km 42 due to a bridge closure, no estimated time of reopening.
