BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 4 campsites — Located near Smithers, this small forested site with lake views is a popular boating and fishing lake. The access road is rough and narrow which may be prohibitive to larger RV/trailer units. Tanglechain Lake is a small, quiet lake with a small gravel boat launch. Cutthroat trout are the predominant fish species. The road is often busy with logging traffic, a VHF radio with Resource Road channels is recommended for travel here.
