Campground — Overview At an elevation of 2080 ft, on the banks of Tallulah River, this campground is a favorite of families and anglers alike. For the hikers, the Coleman River Trailhead is 0.03 miles north on Tallulah River Road. There are many ways to enjoy the outdoors and all it has to offer, and many are within reach of this campground. The Tallulah River is routinely stocked with Rainbow Trout by the Georgia Dept of Natural Resources (DNR). There is an annual Kid's Fishing Rodeo held at this campground in June. Recreation Tallulah River Campground is in a unique area. You can enjoy walking along the Tallulah River. Fishing is a popular sport in the Tallulah River.
