Campground Camping — Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests — Sedalia campground is open year-round and provides opportunities for many recreational activities such as wildlife and plant observation, horse riding, mountain bike riding, hiking and photography. Abundant wildlife populations provide some of the most desirable hunting areas in the upstate. Four single-family campsites and one group site are open year-round. Group site one is available 12 months out for reservations and standard sites two through five are available for reservations for dates 6 months out. An additional camping loop is open for big game deer season from September 12th through January 3rd and during turkey season in April.
