BC Recreation Site — User Maintained — 16 campsites — Recently expanded in 2017 to include 9 additional sites, popular Pye Beach Recreation Site is set in a well established second growth forest. The sandy beach with sunny exposure has a small launch for car top boats or a canoe. The beach extends to the south so there is lots of room to roam. — From Campbell River, head north on Highway 19 for 41 km. Turn right onto Rock Bay Road (gravel) and follow the road until you come to the junction with Pye East Road. Turn right and stay on the main road. The entrance to Pye Bay is 4.0 km from the junction (the end of the line).
