BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 12 campsites — Near the town of Houston, at the northern tip of Owen Lake is a large, open grassy area mixed with some treed sites along the lake, providing space for 14 or more groups. There are incredible views of Nadina Mountain here where mountain goats can be spotted with binoculars or spotting scopes and a nearby trail leading into Nadina Mountain Park. There is a concrete/gravel boat launch (depending on water level) and land based dock, a small beach and nearby hiking trails.
