Campground Camping — Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit — Nevada Beach Campground and Beach is located on National Forest lands on the east shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Nestled among native pine trees, it's a quiet location that offers a wide range of recreational activities. No pets or campfires (wood, or any other solid fuels) are permitted on the beach. For reservations, visit Recreation.gov . The campground offers dozens of campsites, available for tent and RV camping. Some sites are in wooded areas and many of the sites have a view of Lake Tahoe. Areas on the loop furthest from the lake provide the most privacy between campsites and all parking spurs are paved. Each site is equipped with tables, campfire rings and grills. Accessible flush toilets and drinking water are also provided.
