Campground Camping — Malheur National Forest — On the northern edge of Logan Valley, on the south side of the Strawberry Mountains, this campground is a good base for exploring the Strawberry Mountain Wilderness . From this campground hiking opportunties are numerous, within 3 miles of the campground are three seperate trailheads that lead into the Strawberry Mountain Wilderness; Lake Creek Trail , Meadow Fork Trail , Snowshoe/Big Creek Trailhead . Hunting and stream fishing are also popular at this site.
