Campground Camping — Salmon-Challis National Forest — This small, but popular campground is near Challis and along the Custer Motorway. Nearby access for rainbow trout fishing in Mill Creek. The motorized trail to the east of the campground heads south to Bayhorse Lake campground and trail system. Eight camping units contain picnic tables and fire rings, with an additional larger site that fits group camping. The campground amenities include a vault toilet and hand pump for drinking water. No garbage collection service is available. ATV use on Forest Roads only - no riding within campground.
