BC Recreation Site — User Maintained — 3 campsites — Recreation site with cartop boat launch popular with anglers. — MacDonald Lake is located about 30 km northwest of the town of Peachland. From Peachland turn West onto Princeton Ave. At the end of Princeton Ave, paved road ends, and drive for 6.6 km and bear right onto Brenda Mines Road. After 14km turn left at Brenda Mine onto Brenda Forest Service Road. Drive for 3.4km and go left into the access to the recreation site. You can also access the site from 97C Hwy. From 97C take Sunset Main exit. Take the Bear FSR for 6.3km and then turn right on to Sunset Main for 4.7km and then turn left on to Brenda FSR for 3.2km, and MacDonald Lake will be on the left side of the road.
