Campground — Overview Jones Bay is one of Lake Roosevelt’s smaller, more rustic campgrounds. The campground is mostly gravel and packed dirt, with not much vegetation, on the lake shore. It can be reached by boat and has a boat launch and dock. Jones Bay can be also be reached by car, but may be difficult to find. Recreation Jones Bay is popular with people that like a more remote primitive site. There is access to the water with a small boat ramp. Fishing is great from the water or the shore. Facilities Jones Bay is a reservation only campground with 9 sites. There are picnic tables and fire pits at each site. You will need to bring your own drinking water. Limited trash services.
