This site sits near the confluence of Jonas Creek and the beautiful Telkwa River, an important headwater system for salmon and steelhead. Popular for hunting and fishing during the fall months, please consult BC hunting/fishing regulations for more information. Also, a popular staging area for offroad vehicles doing the infamous Telkwa Pass! Please avoid taking vehicles down to the river as it disturbs fish/wildlife habitat and be aware of the eroding river bank danger.
