Campground — Overview Ivan Oakes Campground is located on Lookout Point Lake in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Recreation Ivan Oakes Campground is located on the northern shore of Lookout Point Lake in the Calapooya Mountains. The Eugene-to-Pacific Crest Trail (EPCT), a 108 mile long recreation trail that connects the city of Eugene to the Cascade mountain range, runs along the campground providing easy access for hikers. The reservoir is a popular fishing spot with chinook salmon, walleye, rainbow trout, largemouth bass, and crappie. Facilities Ivan Oakes is a semi-primitive campground that offers 24 single family campsites. Campsites have picnic tables and fire rings. Vault toilets and potable water are available.
