BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 34 campsites — This fishing lake is a water supply and so water levels will fluctuate significantly. The small rainbow trout are abundant here. There is no ice fishing at this lake allowed. Island Lake is now a Fee-For-Service Recreation Site with a Site Operator and fees to camp overnight. Dogs must be under control at all times, and Generator Use is restricted from 9-11am and 6-8pm. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Do not hold campsites. There are no reservations, and sites must be occupied for the purpose of camping. Vehicles, Trailers, Tents or other personal property left unattended may be removed at the owner's expense. — From Winfield Hwy 97, turn east onto Beaver Lake Road.
