Campground Camping — Black Hills National Forest — Adjacent to Spearfish Creek Hanna Campground is adjacent to the spruce-lined east Spearfish Creek and has 13 sites available during the regular season. The campground is within the Spearfish Canyon management area, but not located directly within the Canyon proper. The drive in side of the campground for RV's and trailers is closed for the season but there are walk-in tent sites that are open and available year-round (Please Note: the tent sites are available for use when the gate is closed). Parking for the tents are the two road pullouts near the foot bridges. Sites are spread across a wide meadow with a pine-covered mountain surrounding. This is a scenic and peaceful place to camp.
