BC Recreation Site — User Maintained — 1 campsites — This is a small treed site on a fly-fishing lake. The road access is narrow and the last 50 meters is extremely rough. The site has a cartop boat launch and this lake's trout/char daily quota is 2, bait ban, and ice fishing is not allowed. — Located northeast of the city of Vernon. From Vernon take Hwy. #6 east to the community of Lumby where you will turn left on Shuswap Avenue. Follow the signs for Mabel Lake Provincial Park along the Lumby-Mabel Lake Rd. Turn right on Silverhills Forest Service Road. After 23.6 km, bear left onto Sigalet Lake Forest Service Road. After 0.6 km up Sigalet FSR, turn right into the access of Haggkvist Lake, and drive 0.4 km of rough road into Haggkvist Lake Recreation Site.
