BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 5 campsites — This site is situated in an open landing next to Francis Lake and offers the basic amenities of 2 pit toilets, tables and fire rings. This site is easily accessible by 2 wheel drive vehicles and has an undeveloped boat launch for small boats/canoes. Due to the proximity to Prince George, this is a very popular site that sees heavy use throughout the snow-free seasons. — Travel 17kms south of Prince George (Hwy 97) and turn left on to the Willow Cale FSR (112.5km). Turn right at the T-junction at 121km. The site is a left hand turn at 134km on the Willow Cale FSR.
