BC Recreation Site — Maintained to Standard — 18 campsites — This site sits along a flat terrace along the shores of Cut Thumb Bay on Williston reservoir. Due to upgrades completed by Duz Cho in 2013, this site has good access and large, open sites that are able to accommodate large RVs. There are 18 camping pads that offer the amenities of tables, fire rings and pit toilets. The naturally sloped shore offers good boat launching areas, and this site is very popular as an access point for exploring Williston reservoir. Due to the proximity to Mackenzie and easy water access, this is one of the most popular sites in the area. — Travel north of Mackenzie to the Parsnip West FSR. Proceed for 33km an turn left. Follow this road for approx. 3.5 km until you reach the site.
