Campground Camping — Sierra National Forest — Catavee Campground is located on Huntington Lake near the Kaiser Wilderness. The campground is forested with dense fir and pine trees providing good privacy at several of the sites. A few sites overlook Bear Creek, while others offer lake views. This campground offers convenient access to all the activities and events available around Huntington Lake, including the annual sailboat regatta. Visit the Billy Creek Guard Station museum adjacent to the Campground. Provides historical overviews on Huntington Lake, Native Americans and the Forest Service.
