Campground Camping — Plumas National Forest — Big Cove Campground is a wonderful location for a family outing away from life in the big city. The campground has water, showers, flush toilets and trash service. It’s in a mixed conifer forest along the east shore of Frenchman Lake. Reservations are available for 21 of the 38 campsites. There is one group site. Campsite amenities include paved RV / parking pad, picnic table, fire ring and grill.
