BC Recreation Site — User Maintained — This small site provides limited day use access to the shores of the Fraser River at the confluence with Averil Creek. No facilities are provided at this site. During the late summer, when the water is low, a wide rocky shoreline is exposed. — Travel ~39kms north of Prince George via Highway 97 and turn right onto the North Fraser FSR. Continue another 20kms to reach the river access point on the right side of the road. There is no sign, but if you have crossed the bridge over Averil Creek you have gone too far.
